I am trying to take one picture every day-to better my photography skills and to remember life as it flies by. Enjoy!
Capreese salad. slice fresh tomatoes, fresh motzarella ( the kind in the slimey ball) and basil in a bowl and cover with balsamic vingrette salad dressing. i add a dash or 2 of garlic salt also and sometimes if i have fresh cumumbers i add them to the salad mix or onions. you can make it real fancy also. slice th etomoatoes in whole rounds. same with the motz and place one basil leaf ontop of ea and drizzle the dressing over on a pretty plate.. appetizers!

ReplyDeleteMy first two ideas have been covered. Also great to add some to homemade pasta sauce, pizza...basically anything with a tomato base. My plant is only about 2" high.
